Current Knox County Republican Chairman Ray Jenkins has gone on record and confirmed to me the following information.
– He is applying to be appointed to fill Judge Wheeler Rosenbalm’s
seat in Third Circuit. Applications are due Nov 9, but he is submitting his this week or possibly early next week..
Due
to judicial ethics rules, he cannot hold a position in the Party while a candidate.
He will submit his letter of recognition of resignation on Friday or early next week when he will send in his Application.
