A couple of months ago, Lockett gave a speech at the Farragut-Concord Republican meeting. I videotaped highlights of the meeting and posted them here on this blog.
During the meeting the attendance sheet with name, address, phone, and email was passed around. Lockett sat next to me and used his county email address. I questioned him about it. He said it was the best way to contact him. I brought up that I could foil his stuff since it is County Email and technically since it was a Republican Newsletter-Event he could in theory be gotten on a technicality of using county resources for political activity.
He said something along the lines of 'that's a technicallity, a very small technicality, I don't think...' I cut him off and said ' Bill your a lawyer, murderers go free on technicalities, and mob members get 20 years on technicalities."
He thought a minute, looked at me and said 'your right, Dan.'
He then crossed his county email address off and used his personal email.
